Due to the nature of our products refunds/exchanges are not available for change of mind.

In the event of a faulty product a replacement will be issued after photographic evidence is produced.

A time limit of 6 months from date of purchase applies to all teething products.

Refunds will not be issued in the event of uncontrollable postal issues. If trackable shipping has been purchased a store credit or replacement will be issued.
